We're here to help, so with many countries pushing for self isolation and the UK is no different on this we are helping all work from home or feel safe in anyway we can. We have made some minor changes now compared to while in lockdown to how we operate to make sure we keep both you and us safe. Please read below if you have any questions. Firstly We have been and still are operating our standard hours of weekdays 9am to 5pm just like always. Getting in touch with us, you can use any of the following Calling us on 01363779111 (online 9am to 5pm Weekdays) Emailing us at mail@thetechnologyshop.com Using our Contact Us page on our website Trying our new Live Chat feature found in the bottom right of the page on the website (online 9am to 9pm Weekdays) Messaging our Facebook page Highstreet Shop We are now allowing all customers to come into our shop presence on Crediton highstreet in Devon, we heavily request you wear a face mask, if you are excempt please notify us of this matter on entry and we will do our best to distance from you while serving you. If you feel you have some additional needs then please call us on 01363779111 or message us through our contact us page where a staff member will be happy to help you. We are still working and still fixing daily! Working from Home I (William) am trying to operate from a home office as much as possible. Dale is within the shop 9am until 2pm and is obviously prioritising the repairs being done in the workshop. We have been taking remote sessions to a new level helping customers with their email and other issues too without either our staff or the customer needing to leave their home. With superfast broadband being widely available through Devon this is fast becoming a quick and easy solution, please contact us to have this setup. All iPhone and Laptop Screen repairs and other jobs are still being carried out, we are collecting and returning devices just as we always have but now you can bring them to us should you need to. NHS, Key workers, Teachers and their Pupils We are prioritising your work and repairs over others so that you may continue your work, whether that is learning maths or supporting the vulnerable at home. Finally, we understand that our work is important and have been pleasantly surprised by the response we have had from customers thanking us for not just closing up and disappearing. We understand that for many of the vulnerable that the tech world has opened many aspects of your lives to make it easier, this can be from ordering groceries and prescriptions to keeping in touch with family. We will continue to support you all. Thank you for your patience and understanding
